As we grow our international reach, we’re hiring a KOL Partnership Executive to support our influencer and creator marketing efforts through direct outreach and relationship management.
Role Overview: We're looking for someone who can identify relevant influencers, initiate collaborations, and help manage ongoing partnerships. This role involves research, outreach via email or social media, and internal coordination
Responsibilities:
Research and identify influencers, bloggers, and creators that align with our travel and tech brand
Initiate contact and build relationships through approved outreach channels (email, social media)
Propose partnership types, including commission-based or fixed collaborations (as guided by our internal framework)
Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure content aligns with brand messaging
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution
Analyze performance data and help improve future outreach
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in influencer outreach, brand partnerships, or digital marketing
Familiar with key platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu (RED)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple creator relationships
Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment
Multilingual skills are a plus (e.g., English, Spanish, French, Japanese)
Experience with influencer or affiliate tools is helpful, but not required |
