ecom GmbH is a growing e-commerce and technology company focused on efficiency, precision, and high-quality service. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable secretary to support our daily administrative operations on an hourly basis.
Responsibilities
Handle general administrative and clerical tasks Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence Prepare and organize documents, reports, and meeting notes Perform basic data entry and record-keeping Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements
Proven experience as a secretary, assistant, or similar administrative role Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely Good written and spoken English (German is a plus)
Compensation
Hourly rate: To be discussed based on experience and availability Flexible working hours
