Project Overview:
We are an established event parking business located near major venues (Co-op Live Arena and Etihad Stadium in Manchester), offering secure, pre-bookable parking for event-goers. We are looking to build a custom CRM system that will centralise our operations, improve customer experience, automate marketing, and streamline admin tasks.
We are seeking an experienced CRM developer (or agency) to design and build a bespoke CRM platform that integrates seamlessly with our website and manages our:
Online booking system Email and SMS marketing campaigns Social media ad campaign management Customer data and communication Admin dashboard and reporting Payment processing
Core Requirements:
Booking System Integration: Integrate with our existing website (or rebuild as needed) Real-time parking slot availability and bookings Custom pricing for different event types Pre-booking with confirmation emails/SMS Editable customer info (car reg, contact details, etc.) Admin interface to manage bookings, availability, pricing
CRM Functions: Centralised customer database with full profiles and booking history Tagging and segmentation based on behaviour or visit history Pre-event and post-event automated communications Integration with ticketing/calendar for scheduled events
Marketing Automation: Email & SMS campaigns (Mailchimp, Twilio, or built-in) Meta/Google ad audience sync and performance tracking Funnel and conversion tracking Analytics dashboards and lead source tracking
Admin Panel: Dashboard showing key metrics (bookings, revenue, campaign performance Customer database User roles/permissions Exportable reports (CSV/PDF) Event scheduler/calendar view Parking bay management (optional)
Integrations (where needed): Payment Gateway (Stripe/PayPal) Twilio (or other SMS providers) Meta Ads / Google Ads APIs Google Analytics / GA4 Booking widgets or calendar APIs (optional)
Deliverables:
Fully functioning CRM system with admin dashboard Integrated website booking system Automated email/SMS campaigns set up Documentation and training for team use Ongoing support option (if available)
Technical Preferences (Flexible):
Open to no-code/low-code platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) if scalable and customisable Custom builds preferred using modern stacks (Laravel, React, Node.js, etc.) Must be responsive, secure, and GDPR compliant
About you:
We’re looking for someone with proven CRM development experience, ideally in B2C or e-commerce-type projects. Bonus if you’ve worked with event-based or bookings-driven businesses. You should be able to guide us on best practices for automation, integration, and data handling.
