I’m looking for a creative and organized content creator to craft 10 weekly social media posts for a social platform designed to help people discover and plan real-life experiences with friends, the social posts need to reflect that same energy and purpose. You’ll be responsible for creating both the visual content and captions (+ metadata) for each post, delivered in a shared Google Sheet each week for review and scheduling.
There are currently 4 types of content that you will need to create currently, but we will also rely on your expertise to improve upon these and suggest new ones as it becomes relevant.
**Type 1 - Tweaks to top-performing posts**
The following two posts are the currently top performing posts (by a large margin), and we need to see if they can be a) improved further to perform even better, and b) replicate the success with new iterations of these to improve the virility, boost the brand, and potentially use in subsequent ads:
Create content around events going on each week. These events will be sent to you by us to cover. Here are the two posts that we created so far, we’d like improvements on these to be more like the examples below from @thirdspacesmiami.
This content is about creators and places. We haven’t created this type of content yet, but example would be something like this (but with much better readability, of course):
Within this we’d also like to explore clipping together content from other creators to cover places, so if we wanted to recommend a restaurant we may find three different post reviews about it and having you edit them together. Or potentially even do the research to find the posts yourself that you’ll be clipping together into one post. Think of it as custom “top places in/for X” lists of sorts.
**Type 4 - Expert Advice**
This is the most different of the 4, with a focus on sharing valuable, research-backed tips on gathering and planning, group relationships/friendships, and happiness. The idea is to use a custom GPT (that we will provide you) to generate digestible advice and produce posts based on the output.
For example, one tip we love is from a book by Priya Parker - The Art of Fathering - discussing the importance of "owning the role of a host": Parker emphasizes that a great host doesn’t just open their home. They "actively shape the experience" to protect the purpose of the gathering. That might mean setting boundaries, guiding the flow of conversation, or even stepping in to exclude behavior that could disrupt the group’s connection.
You will use the custom GPT to pull tips like this, then create any appropriate creative assets - like posts, carousels, or short videos - to bring the insight to life on our social channels.
