Accountant Needed to Produce Tax Calculation Certificate
I am looking for a qualified accountant who can prepare a tax calculation certificate covering the period from April 2025 to the present date.
This certificate has been requested by a mortgage company so they can assess the amount I am eligible to borrow. My 2024/25 tax calculation cannot be used, as my earnings during that period were significantly lower than my current income.
The certificate will need to clearly outline my income for the specified period so it can be submitted to the mortgage provider as supporting documentation.
The lender has a set template for this which you would have to provide directly to the broker.
