ICP: Shopify stores (DTC brands) with 50–2,000 SKUs where shoppers often need help choosing (supplements, sports gear, skincare, furniture). Secondary channel: Shopify agencies / CRO freelancers who can roll it out across clients.
Current outbound volume: Early-stage. I’m doing ~20 founder messages/day + ~10 agency messages/day on LinkedIn, plus light community engagement.
Email infrastructure: Not fully set up yet (no warmed domains). Open to starting with LinkedIn-first and then adding cold email once deliverability is solid.
CRM: Not using Salesforce. Currently tracking in Google Sheets; open to a lightweight CRM once the flow is defined.
Free trial conversion rate: Too early for a stable benchmark — we’re in pilot phase and collecting initial conversion uplift/case studies.
Automation preference: Semi-manual SDR touchpoints (quality > volume). I want automation for research + sequencing, but manual personalisation where it matters.
Customer value: Not finalised yet; we’re testing pricing in pilots. Expected range will be in the typical Shopify app spend band (€50–€300/mo) with upside for larger stores.
