We are a growing brand looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help us recruit brand ambassadors. This is a short, one-off project focused purely on researching and contacting influencers to identify who is interested in joining our brand ambassador programme. This is not a social media manager role and does not involve running our social accounts. Your role is outreach and lead generation only.
Project Objective
Your task is to find suitable influencers and directly contact them (via Instagram, TikTok, or email) to introduce our brand and ask whether they would be interested in becoming a brand ambassador. You will send them our ambassador terms (provided) and report back the creators who are interested.
What You Will Do 1. Research Influencers
You will:
Search Instagram and TikTok for relevant creators
Identify influencers that match our brand style and audience
Focus mainly on micro-influencers (approximately 5,000 – 50,000 followers)
Prioritise engagement and content quality
You will record each influencer in a spreadsheet, including:
Name
Username
Platform
Follower count
Contact method
Email (if available)
2. Outreach
You will:
Send outreach messages via DM or email
Introduce our brand Share our ambassador programme terms (document provided) Ask if they are interested in joining You are not required to negotiate or manage ambassadors — only to identify interested candidates.
3. Reporting
You will track responses and clearly mark: Contacted No response Not interested Interested You will provide a final list of influencers who want to join.
Brand Ambassador Programme (Overview)
Our ambassadors receive:
A personalised 50% discount code for themselves 15% Commission on sales made using their discount code Collaboration opportunities with the brand
In return, they are expected to:
Post content featuring our products Share their code with their audience Tag and promote the brand on social media

Ideal Freelancer Comfortable contacting influencers Strong written English Polite and professional communication Organised and able to track information accurately Familiar with Instagram and TikTok Previous outreach experience is helpful but not essential.
Project Scope
This is a one-off project. Your goal is to identify and generate a list of interested influencers ready for onboarding.
We are looking for quality outreach — not spam messaging.
