Expected duration: 1 - 6 months Looking for a reliable, personable person to manage an inflow of messages and do data entry. This is ongoing part-time work, not a one-off project.
What you'll do:
• Accept incoming contact requests • Reply to new messages following provided scripts • Qualify and onboard new contacts (collect their info, understand their needs) • Escalate anything sensitive to me • Log contacts in a shared tracker
You'll be given:
• A full script library with exact phrases for every scenario • An AI copilot tool that generates reply suggestions -- you just review and send • Clear escalation guidelines • Training in Week 1 (draft-only mode, I review before anything goes live)
This is a great fit if you're looking for flexible, low-stress part-time work with clear guidelines and good support.
Hours: ~1 hour/day, 7 Days per week. Flexible timing within UK business hours.
