I’ve recently set up a small limited company (consulting business) and I’m looking for an accountant to handle ongoing monthly payroll and dividend paperwork.
It’s a very simple setup:
One director (me)
No employees
Low transaction volume
Not VAT registered (currently)
What I need monthly:
Run director payroll (£12,570 annual split monthly)
Submit RTI to HMRC
Generate payslips
Prepare dividend vouchers and board minutes
Basic oversight to confirm dividends are compliant
What I don’t need:
Monthly bookkeeping
Complex tax planning
Anything over-engineered
I’d also need:
PAYE registration setup (if not already done)
Year-end accounts & corporation tax
Personal self-assessment including dividends
