Need a Hong Kong accountant to file offshore company taxes for 2024 and 2025.
10 year Hong Kong company with full tax exemption operating 100% outside of Hong Kong (single owner, online sales only), current accountant messed up big time. Same accountant has also been our company secretary, didn't file taxes and ignored warnings, didn't tell us of letters received at their company secretary address.
Court date this week to answer why taxes were not filed.
Need help getting this on track. Urgently.
Ideally would have somebody for this court date on Tuesday at 9:30AM. We do have an option at present but very much open to having reliable representation options in case this person doesn't show.
