We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support daily business operations and help manage administrative and growth-related tasks.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks independently.
Responsibilities: Manage and organize emails, respond to routine messages, and follow up when needed Perform lead generation and basic research for business development Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle reminders Data entry, data extraction, and maintaining spreadsheets or databases Write and edit content such as emails, short articles, social posts, and documents Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role Strong written and verbal English communication skills Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and CRM systems Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Nice to Have: Experience with lead generation tools or platforms Basic knowledge of content writing or marketing Experience working with remote teams
