All work created as part of this collaboration is considered a commissioned work. Upon full payment, full copyright and intellectual property rights to all illustrations and/or patterns produced will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client will hold full ownership of the work and has the unrestricted right to use, modify, reproduce, publish, and commercialize the material across all formats and platforms, without limitation.
The artist may display the completed work in their portfolio or for self-promotional purposes only. The work may not be resold, reused, licensed, or distributed to third parties without the client’s prior written consent.
