I’m planning to renovate part of my living room. Specifically, the space currently includes a built-in metal structure and an old fireplace, both of which I would like to completely remove and redesign from scratch.
To help you better understand the space, once accepted (or in a private message) I will share: -A Matterport 3D walkthrough (not public – it will be shared only with the selected professional). -Several photos of the current space -A few reference images showing styles we like (none of them are an exact match, but they indicate our general taste) -Α dimensioned sketch with measurements
Key requirements & ideas (open to discussion): -Construction of a new fireplace or installation of a gas fireplace (no natural gas available, only LPG) - I would like your opinion on this -TV is currently 65’’, but the design should allow for a larger TV in the future -Integration of LEGO display areas: ---The number of LEGO sets will change over time ---They won’t be permanent pieces ---Mixed-size niches would be ideal ---If LEGO is removed in the future, these areas could be used for decorative objects ---Possibly hidden lighting and bronze / smoked glass -Color palette should match the rest of the house -Storage space, including drawers and possibly a hidden mini wine cabinet -The air-conditioning unit should be integrated or concealed (it will be replaced with a new one, and the color can be selected – e.g. similar to the attached example or any alternative suggestion)
I would like a full dimensional sketch of the new construction, which materials, proposed colors, etc.
