The audit aims to rigorously assess technical accuracy, commercial risk exposure, the integrity of the customer journey, security protocols, and overall go-live readiness.
Key objectives include validating end-to-end booking processes, identifying and prioritizing risks that could adversely affect revenue and customer satisfaction, and evaluating readiness for launch.
