I'll be honest, I don't have a crystal-clear vision for the exact editing style yet, and I'm working with a startup budget. What I'm looking for is someone who's excited to experiment, learn, and develop our unique style together as we build this channel from the ground up.
What You'll Be Editing: Video Length: ~20-25 minutes per video Format: Faceless documentary style

Budget & Compensation Base Rate: Up to $200 per video Bonus Structure: Performance bonuses for viral videos (we'll agree on specific view thresholds together)
