We are seeking a seasoned expert to develop a comprehensive KPI dashboard for iBC Healthcare utilizing Microsoft 365 tools. This project entails creating a user-friendly, high-level dashboard using Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and SharePoint Lists for efficient data capture and storage. The initial version will focus on non-financial metrics and encompass five distinct layers: service manager overview, regional aggregation, monthly trend analysis, executive board summary, and a rule-based red flag system to identify at-risk services. We will provide HR and payroll exports, along with internal quality audits and a master list of services and regions. Training on the dashboard will also be included.
