I have 10 excel files containing workout programs. 1 of them attached to this job.
They have typos, they have words abreviated to letters, ie DB instead of Dumbells, I want full words as they're for beginners, the formatting, merge and wrap, are all over he place, and they just don't flow very well.
Can someone tackle these for me please? Make them look a bit better, fix the grammar and spelling, and format so it can be read nicely and clear. Imagine you were presenting them to a client, how you'd want to receive it.
