We’re a family-run music school based in East Sussex, currently providing instrumental lessons in 40+ schools across the region. We’re now aiming to expand that number by arranging assemblies or taster sessions at new schools, we’re looking for someone to support the outreach process.
Your role would involve: • Following up on warm leads (emails already sent) • Calling schools to arrange demo assemblies • Tracking responses and booking dates • Gathering feedback about existing providers and understanding local demand
We’re ideally looking for: • Someone with experience communicating with school offices or SLT • An understanding of the education sector, arts/music provision, or peripatetic teaching (ideal but not essential)
This would start as just a few hours per week, but we’re open to growing the role if it’s a great fit.
You’ll be representing a well-established, local music school with a 10-year track record and a strong reputation in schools. We’re proud of our friendly team and positive relationships with both staff and families.
We can provide scripts, contact lists, and CRM tools.
