We are looking for BIM specialist who has proven experience of delivering 3D and 2D drawings as part of wider BIM management process on large construction projects in the UK. We are looking at a large project in central London and need to provide BIM drawings as part of the solution we are delivering.
An initial model showing locations of electrical control equipment is required for the initial design works, with an expectation of works to manage change during the construction phase. 3D BIM shall be submitted on the Revizto platform for review and coordination by the main contractor. Additional documentation 2D & 3D drawings shall be managed on the Aconex platform.
Use of a Revizto plug in shall be required. The contractor shall be required to follow naming conventions and version management/stamping standards issued by the main contractor.
The contractor shall need to demonstrate experience of delivering similar models andBIM management to ISO 19650 and provide BIM related qualifications/CPD certification for team members. Evidence of three recent projects shall be required.
