We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in the resubmission of a planning proposal for a single-storey extension to our property. It was approved in 2022 but the approval has now lapsed. In addition to the extension, we wish to include revised drawings for a proposed driveway, previously denied due to inadequate visibility splays. We will provide original PDF plans and the approval letter from the local authority. Required deliverables include a revised proposed exterior plan, elevation drawings of the property gate, and an exterior plan depicting visibility splays. We also request assistance in submitting the planning application forms and drawings on our behalf, along with a supporting information letter we have prepared.
