We need a 3D visualiser to produce two (number updated) photorealistic interior renders for a commercial wellness and bar space. The renders will be used for client presentation and concept sign-off, so realism, lighting, and material accuracy are essential.
Bar area – contemporary bar with feature lighting and natural materials Lounge area – relaxed social zone with soft seating and warm, ambient lighting Wet area – wellness suite featuring sauna and jacuzzi Shower room – sleek, spa-style shower & WC space with tiled finishes
We will provide: 2D drawings (plans and elevations) Material and finishes palette Furniture selections and reference imagery Mood board showing design direction
What we require: Model the space accurately from drawings Apply realistic materials and lighting Provide two rounds of feedback revisions
Timeline: Draft renders: within 7 days of receiving all files Final renders: within 3–4 days after second revision
Budget: Please quote for the complete project (2 renders + 2 revisions) Open to fixed-price or per-render quotes depending on portfolio and experience
