I am looking for a skilled Graphic Designer / Instructional Designer to help transform the core concepts from my book, The Nexus Framework, into professional, polished, and easy-to-use visual tools.
The book includes several models, frameworks, tables, scorecards, worksheets, and leadership tools
Your task will be to convert these into visually appealing, modern, branded tools that can be used in workshops, consulting sessions, and leadership development programs.
WORK SCOPE:
Convert text-based tables into professional worksheets (fillable PDF or editable formats)
Turn conceptual frameworks into clean, modern visual diagrams
Create leadership scorecards, self-assessment sheets, and action planning templates
Design cohesive visual identity across all tools for consistency
DELIVERABLES:
10–25 visual assets depending on scope, potentially including:
