We have used hubspot for 5 years and generate all of our business through our website (Wordpress), we have been using Zapier to integrate form submissions (they create deals) until recently when we installed the hubspot wordpress plugin.
Seeing the data that is available from the user journey (activity log and page visits) has made me realise that we are not capitalising on the data that is available from our website visitors and form submissions.
I would like a hubspot integration specialist to assist us with the following: - Identify opportunities to better integrate hubspot with our website - Create automations/workflows to optimise communications with new enquiries - Create Workflows to segment certain types of user behaviour for marketing emails - Create automatic reporting to show enquiry, conversion and service specific metrics - Implement customer journeys and buyer intent to identify prospects and potential clients
Our current package is hubspot starter suite, we are open to increasing that package if required but would not be willing to commit to marketing professional as the monthly cost is not justifiable.
