We run a successful 5-Day Business Growth Challenge every week (since 2020) and are looking for a friendly, engaging, and proactive Appointment Setter / DM Setter to join our team.
Your role:
- Reach out to every registrant who signs up for our weekly challenge (10-20 people daily)
- Start genuine conversations (via Facebook DM and Instagram), build rapport, and uncover their pain points and goals.
- Get them emotionally hooked on attending the challenge sessions.
- Provide reminders, encouragement, and accountability so they show up. Ensure they're watching the sessions or replays.
- At the end of the challenge, set an appointment with participants for a sales call.
During your spare time, or whenever you're not speaking with our challenge registrants, you'll be sending DM's to our new Instagram followers (we get new followers every day because we run Instagram ads). And you're also expected to do some organic lead generation and connect with our ideal target audience on Facebook groups, Instagram DM, etc. This is a busy role for the right person!
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communicator who’s confident in direct conversations with business owners.
- Warm, approachable, and fun personality – someone people instantly feel comfortable with.
- Great at asking the right questions, listening carefully, and keeping people engaged.
- Experience in appointment setting, DM outreach, or community management is a big plus.
