The app will be implemented in two phases: Phase 1 (B2B) targeting existing and new POS customers, and Phase 2 (B2C) targeting end consumers. Phase 1 — POS (B2B) • Current customers: login with customer number, register GPS business location, browse categories, submit orders, request SOA, view discounts, access promotions, request returns, submit feedback, declare delivery services and coverage areas. • New customers: enter full data and GPS location, request customer number approval, then access same features. Phase 2 — End Consumers (B2C) • Browse catalog, view promotions, add items to cart, specify GPS delivery location, and track orders. Orders are routed to the nearest POS with delivery capability. Admin Dashboard Catalog management, customer onboarding/approvals, order management, SOA handling, promotions setup, analytics & reports, user role management.
