Expected duration: 1 day or less We are seeking a freelancer to sign three .EXE files using an EV Code Sign. The ideal candidate should have access to an EV Code Sign tool and their own EV Code certificate and experience in code signing processes to minimize SmartScreen and antivirus false positives.
The three files are WinRAR SFX (.exe) that silently extracts to %TEMP% and runs a .bat file.
Contents inside the SFX:
- setup.bat (tiny; launches Microsoft Office Deployment Tool with the config-file)
- config.xml
- setup.exe (official Office Deployment Tool directly from Microsoft)
The BAT runs: setup.exe /configure config.xml
Purpose: install Microsoft Office via a single .exe for users.
No malware, no adware, no obfuscation/packers.
Deliverables: - Sign three .EXE files using EV Code Sign - Ensure all files are properly validated and verified
