We run a weekly 5-day masterclass for business owners (UK, USA, Canada). We need a friendly, bubbly, proactive Community Manager to make sure registrants show up, stay engaged, and apply for our coaching program at the end.
Your role:
Call new registrants via our CRM (GoHighLevel).
Follow up via Facebook DM/SMS/email.
Send links/replays + keep them engaged all week.
Encourage applications when cart opens.
Track notes in CRM.
Requirements:
Clear English, confident phone skills.
Friendly, high-energy personality.
Organized, reliable follow-up.
Bonus if you know GoHighLevel.
Preferably based in South America (time zones align well).
Compensation: Hourly + performance bonus. Long-term role (we run this every week).
