I’m looking for a specialist to work directly with me over Microsoft Teams meetings to set up structured workflows in Asana, Airtable, or ClickUp for my team. The goal is to build clear processes, track task completion, and ensure accountability.
We also need to connect these workflows with external data sources (CRM, email, databases, etc.). Experience with n8n or similar automation tools is a big plus.
Responsibilities: • Work with me live over Teams to analyze business processes and recommend workflow structures. • Set up efficient project management systems in Asana, Airtable, or ClickUp. • Configure dashboards, automations, and tracking for progress monitoring. • Integrate workflows with external data sources and tools (via n8n or similar). • Document processes so the team can use and maintain them easily. • Provide guidance and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements: • Proven experience setting up workflows in Asana, Airtable, or ClickUp. • Strong understanding of automation tools (preferably n8n). • Ability to connect external data (APIs, CRMs, email, etc.) to project management tools. • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate live over Teams. • Experience in operations, workflow automation, or business systems design is a plus.
