My website is offering visa services and I you like you set my first page as my partner one with a grill of countries ( https://www.visa-office.fr/evisas/) so that when you click on the country's flag you land directly to the form, and as you are selecting services the amount is also changing on the right side.
The difference will be that the applicant will need to upload this travel document, passport photograh and ID or residence permit before processing to payment.
