Key Responsibilities:
Custom Theme Development: Design and develop a clean, modern, and responsive OpenCart theme tailored to the healthcare niche.
Product Catalog Management: Implement product categories, detailed product pages with descriptions, images, and specifications.
Payment Gateway Integration: Set up secure payment options (PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card,) for smooth transactions.
Shipping & Tax Configuration: Configure shipping methods, tax calculations, and delivery options specific to healthcare products.
User Accounts & Customer Management: Implement customer accounts for order tracking, history, and support.
SEO & Performance Optimization: Optimize the website for speed, security, and SEO best practices to improve visibility and user experience.
Mobile-Friendly: Ensure the website is fully optimized for mobile devices.
Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing updates and support after the website goes live.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in OpenCart development, particularly with customizations and theme development.
Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience integrating payment gateways and working with shipping/tax setups.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Prior experience building e-commerce websites in the healthcare or similar industries is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and site performance optimization.
