Tapping the right of the screen triggers Page Down, tapping the left of the screen triggers Page Up. Tapping the middle of the screen opens a bottom menu to choose Search, Themes and Settings.
Settings include choosing custom fonts and font and background colors, and saving them as Themes.

Click and hold on a word opens a small menu with options to Pronounce the word, show the word in a dictionary or copy it (similar to double clicking on a word in Chrome desktop browser).
