Seeking an experienced professional to refine and advise on a current 1st draft strategy document and develop into a professional public sector strategy document (~ currently 25 pages plus appendix). The role/work involves:
- Rewriting the current draft to improve clarity, reduce it's complexity, enhance engagement and improve its flow and quality for a diverse audience. - Advise and agree on improvements for strategy. - Formatting and design to improve readability and visual appeal and promote clarity and accessibility for a range of stakeholders - Reviewing the strategy to add actionable steps to support implementation. - Collaborating with the original author to align its development and finalise for completion. - Proofreading and referencing document (e.g. APA style) to ensure a professional standard, including appendix documents.
Ideal candidates will have: - Proven experience in strategy development. - Strong writing and editing skills. - Ability to translate complex content into clear, accessible language and visuals - Attention to detail and design sensibility. - Reliable with good communication skills
