Project Brief: One Piece PC Case Mod (Monkey D. Luffy – Gear 5)
Hello, I am looking for a professional 3D designer/modeler to execute a special project. The goal is to design a PC case mod inspired by Monkey D. Luffy – Gear 5 Nika from One Piece.
Very important: Please read the full project details before submitting any proposal. Only the external shell (Bust/Case) is required with accurate internal fit dimensions for the components — I do not want the internal components themselves (motherboard, graphics card, etc.) to be modeled.
Final Look
Anime/cel-shaded style with bold, flat colors and clear shading.
A prominent transparent X on the chest to display the internal components.
Integration of Gear 5 smoke/cloud effects around the shoulders and head (also functioning as ventilation).
Straw hat as a separate detachable compartment (PSU or storage).
Optional RGB lighting to highlight the window and vents.
Scope of Work
Organic sculpting: head, hair, chest with X mark, hat, smoke.
Mechanical integration with components (fit by dimensions only):
Motherboard ATX: 305×244 mm
GPU: 302×130×56 mm
PSU: 160×150×86 mm
Radiator 360 AIO: 397×120×52 mm
CPU Block: Ø80×55 mm
Cooling:
360 radiator at the back or on the side, whichever fits the form
Two fans at the shoulders (120–140 mm)
One slim 120 mm fan in the head
Air ducts to guide airflow
Front X window: acrylic/plexi with inner frame and optional LED
Modular splitting for printing (parts ~300 mm) with joints and internal frames for rigidity
Deliverables: STL/OBJ ready for 3D printing, optional STEP, exploded view and assembly guide

Depth: ≤ 300 mm
Width: ≤ 450 mm
Clearance behind the motherboard ≥ 20 mm for cable management
Timeline

Requirements
Strong experience in 3D modeling and product design.
High accuracy with PC component fit dimensions.
Previous experience in PC case modding or similar projects (preferred).
Final delivery: STL/OBJ ready for printing with a modular design.
Provide previous examples, especially in character organic sculpting.
State the final total cost and the number of proposed revisions.
