Overview I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a fully functional, professional website for my new luxury home and interiors brand. I already have the Veres theme installed (which I like the look of and would like to continue using), but I need it developed into a complete, polished website with all the required features.
The brand will initially focus on candles, wax melts, diffusers, and soaps, but I plan to expand the product range and also integrate drop-ship suppliers.
What I Need
1. Front-End Website • Clean, luxury-style design using the Veres theme. • Core information pages: • Home • About Us • Contact Us • Terms & Conditions • Privacy Policy • Any other standard content pages recommended.
2. Consumer E-Commerce Area • Full WooCommerce integration. • Customers able to browse, add to cart, and purchase products. • Payment options: credit/debit card + PayPal. • Smooth, secure checkout process. • Responsive, mobile-friendly layout.
3. Wholesale / Business Login Area • Trade-only login for wholesale customers. • Ability to display trade-only pricing once logged in. • Wholesale customers must be able to place orders online. • Option for wholesale sign-up/approval system.
4. Drop-Shipping Functionality • Ability to integrate drop-ship supplier stock feeds (CSV/XML) into the website. • Automated or semi-automated stock control based on supplier updates. • Specific categories will contain drop-shipped items, while others remain in-house.
5. General Requirements • Must be easy for me to update/add products in the future. • Site speed and SEO best practices considered. • Strong security setup. • Contractor must speak fluent English. • Being based in the UK is a huge advantage. • Completion timeframe: 7 days. • Ready to start immediately.
Deliverables • Fully functional WordPress/WooCommerce site built on the Veres theme. • Front end and e-commerce functionality set up and tested. • Wholesale login system set up and tested. • Drop-ship CSV integration functionality in place (set up for at least one supplier feed). • Training/notes on how to add new products and manage stock going forward.
Ideal Candidate • Experienced WordPress & WooCommerce developer. • Previous experience setting up wholesale/customer login areas. • Knowledge of integrating drop-shipping suppliers with stock feeds. • Good eye for design, especially within luxury/lifestyle brands. • Communicative and responsive throughout the build.
