About Us
We are The Quiet Atelier Ltd, building a new Creative Community in Springburn, Glasgow. Our 40,000 sq ft hub brings together artists, makers, families, and the local community through galleries, workshops, studios, kids’ creative zones, events, and a café—supported by a growing online platform.
What We’re Looking For
A freelance Social Media Manager to:
• Build and manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form video.
• Plan a content calendar for exhibitions, events, and membership drives.
• Grow an engaged audience organically (artists, families, local supporters).
• Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta / TikTok) for awareness, ticket sales, and memberships.
• Report monthly on analytics and insights.
Ideal Skills & Experience
• Proven social media work for arts/culture/community brands.
• Strong content creation (design, video editing, copy).
• Brand storytelling chops — not just posting, but building a narrative.
• Proactive, self-directed, ideas-driven.
• Experience with paid social campaigns.
Scope & Budget
• Part-time freelance: ~8–10 hours/week to start; potential to expand.
• Start: immediately.
