Description: We are a UK-based charity that uses the WordPress plugin Quform to collect essential data for our community projects, such as food parcel requests and baby bank requests. At present, the plugin allows us to capture this information effectively, but we lack the ability to interrogate and analyse the data in the way we need.
We are seeking a skilled WordPress/PHP developer to create a custom reporting add-on for Quform that will allow us to generate and export customisable reports from the form submission data.
What we need the add-on to do:
- Create customisable reports from Quform data with filtering and grouping options. - Ability to interrogate data by fields such as: Unique service users (de-dupe by name/email/identifier). Reason for accessing the service. Geographic location (postcode/area). Family make-up (number of adults/children, etc.). Stated reasons for poverty or hardship.
-Generate charts and tables for analysis. -Export reports to CSV, Excel, and PDF. -A simple, intuitive interface accessible via a password protected page on our website, that can be updated/changed in realtime, and filtered by date -A Back-end wp-admin page which can select the quforms that are allowed to be accessed for data interrogation, and which fields within that form are able to be sorted/looked at in the reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience with WordPress plugin development (not just theme customisation). - Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. - Experience working with form plugins (ideally Quform, but experience with Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, WPForms, etc. is acceptable). - Ability to build reporting dashboards with data visualisation. - Good communication skills and ability to understand and work with data in a charity/community context.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with charities or non-profits. - Knowledge of data security and GDPR considerations.
Deliverables:
- A fully functioning Quform add-on installed on our WordPress site. - Documentation for use and future maintenance. - Option for continued support/updates if required.
Budget: Please provide a quote and estimated timeline for delivery. We are open to proposals but expect this to be a fixed-price project.
