I am a recruitment company for the Early Years & Childcare sector, providing Nursery Staff and Childcare to Day Nurseries, Schools and families.
“Objective” – To design a great looking website to focus on attracting Clients & Candidates to register and have a powerful job search function for Candidates to use, with Website Performance Optimization / Page Speed Optimization.
Must have a clear understanding please of the business: If you also have children yourself this will be a really enjoyable, fun project!

I am looking for someone to work with who is creative with design ideas, layout, images to update website, to include the below, who would need to be happy to discuss the project pre starting, and must have previous RECRUITMENT website experience and able to provide previous websites to view please, as the job search function is really important.
Currently using WordPress.
• Continue with Consistent branding for 35 years is to be maintained, • Improvements to job function, new plugins, and backend software, a geo-location function on the website to do the distance search – In need of new Job Board plugin – will require geolocation (distance by postcode) or similar, been looking at WPJobManager • Geo-location search by postcode with distance radius • With my Job categories specific to childcare/recruitment • Some Featured/ job listings of front page? • User management (So I can upload jobs from the back end) • Updated social media links and active presence • HAVE FAST Website Performance / Page Speed Optimization • Candidates Up load CV sign up for Job Alerts! • Clients can register • Review layout & visibility needs updating. • New Logo – Current doesn’t fully reflect the strength and potential of my business. A fresh, modern logo could make a powerful first impression and help you stand out, or new modern one incorporating current one? • Able to Use a Broadbean integration to receive jobs, and a geo-location function on the website to do the distance search. • PPC/Google Ads/Landing Pages • Social Media Marketing – including content or Social Media Ads • SEO/Google Organic Rankings • Mobile-responsive design (critical requirement) • Security features (data protection, GDPR compliance) • Analytics integration (Google Analytics) • Social media integrations (LinkedIn, Facebook ) • New Images to suit business and sector, option to keep a couple of current one TBD • Idea? - Download our app
