Details: - Property is a townhouse in Machelen, Belgium. - The changes include alterations to attic, terrace, kitchen, living room, bathroom, cellar, and an upcoming garden extension with indoor pool. - I can share detailed sketches, notes, and measurements. - Communication in English is required; knowledge of Belgian building regulations is a plus.
