Expected duration: less than 1 week Project Overview: We are looking to hire a reliable and experienced freelancer to support us with a series of small but important projects on an ongoing basis. The immediate priority is to build a fully functional GoHighLevel (GHL) automation workflow and a high-converting landing page for an upcoming learner recruitment campaign in England.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within GoHighLevel, particularly in creating automation workflows that nurture leads, integrate smoothly with landing pages, and drive conversion.
Deliverables:
End-to-End Workflow Build
Design and build a GHL workflow focused on lead nurturing, high engagement, and conversion.
Include logic to handle inactive leads (e.g., after X number of prompts)
Build automated nurturing for candidates who confirm interest but are waiting 2–3 weeks for course start.
Set up smart triggers, tagging, and movement within pipeline stages to reduce manual effort for our team.
Landing Page Development
Build a clean, professional, and engaging GHL landing page where candidates land from Meta Ads.
Ensure the page is optimised for mobile and desktop
Integrate the page seamlessly into the automation workflow
We will provide the copy and imagery, but input and best practice guidance from the freelancer is welcomed.
System Integration & Testing
Ensure that all systems (form submissions, tags, triggers, pipeline stages, and email/SMS campaigns) are properly linked and tested.
Provide a short walkthrough/video of how the workflow functions.
Reusability for Future Campaigns
Structure the workflow in a way that allows us to easily duplicate and adapt it for future campaigns.
Project Deadline: Must be completed within 2–4 days from project acceptance.
