Looking for a graphic designer to create a clean, professional brochure for our building services. Four pages, each with up to 40 words of text. Must align with our brand and appeal to commercial clients. Print-ready and digital versions required. There is also the cover and back cover to design and the inside of the front and back cover that are not part of the 4 pages. I will only consider offers that show design for all pages with your watermark. I will not consider any person that does not show all pages design. The pictures are to be included and you can get them from AI (chatgpt etc). There should be a whiter box at the bottom of each page that has contact details. For design I like the attached.
