We are seeking a design partner to create new User Experience and User Interface designs for our website, based on newly defined brand guidelines. The goal is to create a bold, modern, professional site design that reflects our refreshed brand identity and supports a multilingual, high-content structure.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A WEBSITE BUILD BRIEF.
We are ONLY looking for UX/UI experts that will create the webpage layout designs (e.g. in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent).
PROJECT SCOPE: - Design of 16 unique templates across core sections: Homepage, Services, Sectors, Clients, Case Studies, Insights (blog), Contact, and more. - Design to support a large volume of content: ~250 static pages and 1900+ blog posts. - The site will be multilingual (English, French, Spanish, German), so design must account for language switching, UI consistency, and flexible layouts. - Templates must be visually differentiated for use across sectors, services, case studies, and testimonials.
KEY DESIGN FOCUS AREAS: - Strong visual hierarchy using black-and-white hero imagery, paired with colour elements for warmth and contrast. - Responsive, mobile-first layouts. - User-friendly navigation and site-wide search with a visual design for AI-powered interactions (e.g. live suggestions, appointment scheduling). - Enhanced content discovery tools such as filters, dynamic popups, and embedded video experiences. - Adherence to existing brand guidelines (logos, photography style, colour use, tone).
DELIVERABLES: - High-fidelity UI designs for 16+ templates - Desktop, tablet & mobile versions - UI components for search, forms, popups, and interactive elements - Handoff-ready files for development
