I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage content posting across multiple social media platforms. The content will be provided (video, captions, hashtags, etc.), but I need someone to upload, schedule, and publish posts consistently, following a content calendar.
Responsibilities:
Post and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and Snapchat
Follow a provided content calendar and upload schedule
Use platform-native scheduling tools or third-party tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Scheduler, Buffer, etc.)
Ensure posts go out at the right times, with correct captions, hashtags, and tags
Monitor basic engagement (likes/comments) and report on any significant insights
Maintain visual consistency and follow brand guidelines
Communicate daily with me/team to confirm scheduled posts
Requirements:
Experience managing social media posting across multiple platforms
Familiarity with short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Fluent English
Reliable internet connection and access to required tools
Ability to work independently and deliver on time
Bonus (not required):
Experience using Canva or similar tools for quick resizing
Basic knowledge of social media growth and trends
Hours & Rate:
Part-time/flexible, around 3–5 hours a week
Fixed weekly rate or hourly depending on experience
