I am seeing either a qualified ecologist or a student undertaking ecologist training to assist in desktop reviews using (UK) Defra's BNG matrix to estimate the quantum of habitat mitigation required for development schemes. This is for theoretical modelling purposes only at a project inception stage.
Anyone bidding should set out there experience and experience or qualifications as an ecologist. If you do not do this and are predominantly offering services in another profession you are not the right person and i will decline your offer. Similarly, if you are proposing to use AI to undertake this you are not the right person, i will see through that and your offer will be declined.
