We're seeking an experienced freelance social media marketer to help us create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and potentially LinkedIn or TikTok. Project Objectives - Generate high-quality leads and/or drive targeted traffic to our website. - Test multiple ad sets with small budgets to find what performs best. - Develop compelling ad creatives and ad copy tailored to our brand and target audience. Scope of Work - Develop 2–3 ad set variations for initial testing (images, copy, audience targeting). - Suggest an ad budget and timeline for testing and scaling. - Guide us on how to post, schedule, and manage the ads (or manage it directly if possible). - Provide performance metrics and suggest optimisations based on results. Deliverables - Ad copy and creatives (2–3 variations) - Audience targeting plan - Suggested testing schedule and budget - Optional: Basic content calendar for related organic posts What We’re Looking For - Proven experience running paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - Strong creative and copywriting skills - Ability to explain campaign strategy and performance in simple terms - Collaborative and responsive communication style We’re looking to move quickly with the right freelancer.
