Build a Lottery/Competition Website & Mobile App with Raffle Ticket Logic
I am seeking an experienced full-stack developer or team to build a lottery/raffle-based competition platform, both as a responsive website and mobile app (Android/iOS).
This platform will allow verified sellers to list high-value items (e.g., cars, gadgets), and for users to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win. The system must include automated draw logic, escrow handling, and full buyer/seller dashboards.
Core Features Required: Raffle Ticket System Users buy tickets for a listed item (e.g., $50 or $100 each) Ticket counter per item
Admin control to set total ticket number or auto-calculate based on item value
Draw Logic Auto-draw when: deadline is reached OR all tickets sold Certified RNG integration or similar draw system Winner displayed with timestamp
User System (KYC-Ready) Account registration/login Email/SMS verification Option to upload ID (for future KYC steps)
Seller Dashboard Upload item with image, description, and price Track ticket sales Collection confirmation via code or upload
Admin Dashboard Approve sellers/items Trigger or audit draws View user data and issue refunds/prizes
Escrow Logic Hold ticket funds securely Only release to seller after winner confirms collection/postage
Mobile App Version Mirror website features Push notifications
Ideal: Integration with Nigerian payment gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave) Location-based features (Lagos-first rollout) Ability to list items on behalf of sellers Refer-a-friend or affiliate link system
White-label ready for future resale
Security & Legal: You must be able to implement tamper-proof draw logic Strong data privacy/security practices essential Experience building similar platforms (e.g., lottery, auctions, competitions) is a huge plus
