The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully introducing and explaining sophisticated technical offerings to potential clients over the phone.
Once contact is made, the applicant should expertly illustrate how our solutions solve business problems, address customer pains, and generate a positive return on investment. As assessment of client needs and clear communication of features and pricing models is paramount. Closing deals and securing contracts will require demonstrating value, overcoming objections, and developing strong client relationships. The sales consultant we hire must take a consultative approach, understand his client’s organization, and inspire confidence in our ability to help them achieve their goals.
Interaction with customers should be polite, professional and solution-oriented at all times. Customer satisfaction is top priority, so selected individuals must get to know clients personally and follow up diligently on open opportunities.
