You’ll be responsible for the email delivery process of our ecommerce email marketing agency.
We'll do a paid trial week first, and start full time if we're a great fit.
Your job includes: • making sure tasks are delivered on time • updating the client on what’s been done & future strategy • communicating client feedback to the team to improve the service
(You will not be writing copy or designing any emails. Your job is to make sure the team has what they need to deliver, and clients have complete clarity on the whole process.)
Tools We Use: • Trello • Slack • Klaviyo (please don’t apply if you aren’t familiar with Klaviyo or email marketing in general)
Important note: We’re looking for someone who can come up with solutions when needed instead of always relying on others for help.
