I need an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to configure a streamlined customer management system for my UK-based cleaning business (M2W Limited). SCOPE OF WORK: Phase 1 - Forms & Lead Capture:
Create customer enquiry form (8 fields) with M2W branding Set up automatic form-to-CRM integration Configure thank you page with next steps
Phase 2 - CRM Pipeline:
Configure 4-stage lead pipeline: Enquiry → Quoted → Booked → Complete Set up custom fields for service type, property size, quoted amount Create basic lead assignment rules
Phase 3 - Templates & Workflows:
Design 2 email templates (quote delivery, booking confirmation) Set up automated task creation for follow-ups Configure notification system for new leads
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven Zoho CRM experience (minimum 10 previous setups) Available to start within 48 hours Completion within 5 working days UK time zone preferred for communication Must provide post-delivery support for 30 days
