We are current tenants of a lovely 2-bed flat in Putney, London, and due to an early move-out, we need to find suitable replacement tenants in line with our tenancy agreement.
We’ve already listed the flat on OpenRent and SpareRoom, but we’re looking for a proactive freelancer who can go beyond that and help us really push the search.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Promote the flat through additional channels (e.g. Facebook groups, Reddit, Nextdoor, Gumtree, university/expat networks, etc.) - Suggest and implement creative marketing ideas to make the listing stand out - Optimise or rewrite ad copy for stronger results - Help with pre-screening and qualifying leads
Ideal candidate: - Familiar with the London rental market - Experienced in property marketing or lettings - Has in-depth understanding of Internet marketing - Proactive and resourceful in finding tenant leads - Available to start immediately
Budget: We'd prefer a fixed fee for the marketing campaign + success fee. Please suggest what makes sense based on your approach.
