This project seeks the development of a customized automotive MP3 player for playing brief recorded messages. The desired functionality includes volume control via increase and decrease buttons, and a mode switch to cycle between two pre-programmed tracks. A cigarette lighter plug is preferred for power connectivity directly to the car's 12V outlet. Most importantly, the mp3 player must be engineered to automatically start playback of a 40 second audio clip upon ignition and then shut off, serving as a reminder or reminder. A small logo or branding could be integrated as well to distinguish the product. However, Bluetooth or FM radio capabilities are not within scope. The focus is on a simple, dedicated device fit for purpose of playing brief pre-recorded safety announcements, reminders or prayers during the commute. Commissioning a prototype unit meeting the outlined specifications would fulfill the goal of this project.
